Finally, VK Lingam is certified to be “morally wrong, but legally correct“, if Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Mohd Nazri Abdul Aziz has his way.
“His actions can undermine and erode the integrity of the judiciary, but things must be viewed from a legal perspective…moral and legal must be separated,” he said.
With so much of public fund spent on Royal Commissions, not only the Government refused to do anything about it (i.e. to revamp the judiciary system in order to restore the public trust), but, with the latest statement from the Nazri, it’s akin to a public approval of such misconduct.
No wonder Malaysians have completely lost faith in our judiciary system, just because they’re morons sitting on top of us, year in year out.
Don’t sue me for calling you Moron, for I, too, believe that, although it’s morally wrong, but it’s legally correct?
Talk about doctrine of separation of powers in Malaysia, what is left visible is merely a fleshless, soulless skeleton destroyed beyond recognition.
