[UPDATED POST] It’s now confirmed that OTK and CSL woke up overnight and decided to forgive each other.
Now, they’re talking about 1MCA, talking about “working as a team” to reunite and restrengthen the crisis-plagued MCA.
Thanks God Liow will continue to stay on as the deputy and remains alive in his mission to defy the notion of “Hell Ministry”, otherwise, that is going to be a repeat of the EGM.
Probably that’s what BN needs now, necessary public attention in a way hoping to swing the attention from the RM12billion PKFZ scandal, the marvelous spending from ministries, etc. etc. …
Well-O-Well …
“It would seem that Ketuanan Melayu still rules in MCA,” blogger Haris Ibrahim commented on his blog.
I can’t agree no more.
But one thing for sure – Hidup Umno!
Another thing for sure – Hidup Ketuanan Melayu!
But, Hidup MCA too?
Errrr …
[ORIGINAL POST on 22 October 2009 @ 13:43pm] When I said the MCA episode is such a shameless fiasco, I really mean it.
Today, another new twist, if Malaysiakini’s report is going to be the outcome after the emergency central committee meeting at the party headquarters chaired by the party president Ong Tee Keat.
It’s being reported that is that Tee Keat and Chua Soi Lek would return to status quo and serve as president and deputy president respectively, after a secret meeting with the PM Najib Tun Razak.
If that’s true, what does that mean?
The result of the EGM is considered as void and the decision of the committee members weren’t respected, who wanted both of them out. Newly promoted deputy president Liow Tiong Lai is going to be demoted and has to wait for a while more before he has the chance. Probably, just probably, the theory of “Hell Ministry” will continue to live on. MCA doesn’t know how to lead themselves, it’s only when the external party intervenes, then only they know how to behave like kids, being asked what to do and merely taking instruction from the boss.
So, all in all, how can you expect the MCA to represent you when they don’t even know how to respect the party members and only kow-tow to the external force?
Is that what you guys hope for by voting so hard to vote both of them vote, but the fact is, both of them continue to stay?

wah ! F*** man!
EGM on 10/10 is meaningless, waste a lot of time, energy and money to organize, for nothing!
another “biggest jokes” in malaysia year 2009!
funny, why? because MCA are :
do everything for nothing
proceeding for no purpose
producing with no outcome
commitment with meaningless
After all these “the MCA president is going back on his words!!!” fiasco, Ong Tee Keat will be lucky if he still has 10% support. 50% support during the EGM is yesterday’s news already.
Let’s sit back and watch how Chua and Liow, and for that matter any others (or many others) come together and finish off this shameless president of MCA.
That guy is not only shameless, he is stupid.
Mark my words. There’s still more to come.
PAS just had their Muktamar about four months ago and the members elected office bearers. Is Nik Aziz respecting this?
