It’s such a disappointed evening.
I’d like to dedicate this post to 3 characters: A, B and C, and the rest of fellow Malaysians who think and react alike them.
A doesn’t even know his MP, however came to a conclusion that the incumbent MP is good just because the incumbent MP organized a few social events in the place he is now living in.
I know the MP and I know that MP doesn’t have any good track record in the Parliament.
Though you’re still undecided who to vote for, but let me tell you what, I still remember how you complained that corruption is getting rampant nowadays under the Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi’s administration, a lot worse than during Tun’s time.
I thought the selection is quite apparent.
I thought you’re going to do the right thing in this coming election.
I thought you’re ready to vote for change.
All and all, I never doubt about your level of incisiveness, not even for a single moment.
But ..
Next came the B.
You assured me that you’re going to vote for change.
You sounded like you’re extremely sure of your choice, unlike VK Lingam and gang.
However, the next moment, you’re saying that you’re going to be away before the polling day and only available the next day after the election.
So you expect your "uncast vote" to play into its effective role?
C is the worst among the worst.
You prefer to remain overseas until after the election is over for fear of possible riot in the country?
You’re the biggest loser among all and I urge you not to come back forever because you do not own the least quality of a anak bangsa Malaysia should have.
Now, let’s take a look at what’s NOT about MP(s), since I’m sure by now, you must be amazed by what they’re capable of.
You see, it’s not about the MP(s) (MP stands for Member of Parliament, for god sake!) organizing a few charity events or dancing classes at the place near to where you’re staying now.
It’s not about the MP(s) pointing to the longkang, the potholes, the sampah-sarap with a few media photographers busily shooting away.
It’s not about the MP(s) appearing on the newspaper telling you how good they’re in making tons of empty promises.
It’s not about the MP(s) wasting precious debate time in the Parliament talking about the AirAsia’s uniform, the monthly menstrual cycle but had great difficulty apologizing to our womenfolk for crass and insensitive remarks.
It’s not about the MP(s) sitting like a fool (or some MPs who love to play truant anyway!) when insensitive issues and idiotic remarks are raised in the Parliament as if they’re entrusted by their people to do the same.
Yes, I’m also very much aware that it’s your ultimate democracy rights to vote for who you think is right, however please bear in mind that who you people are going to vote for are going to be the someone who is going to represent you in the Parliament to defense your god damn fundamental rights as enshrined in the Constitution!
Who you people are going to vote for are going to be the someone who is going to represent you in the Parliament to fight for your wellbeing as part of anak bangsa Malaysia!
Who you people are going to vote for are going to be the someone who is going to represent you in the Parliament to ensure that enough is enough!
But you know, you guys (you know who you’re!) are losers.
You expect to enjoy the fruit of democracy by expecting others to fight the change for you with you the losers sitting comfortably in your air-conditioned office?
You expect others to be sacrificed as a martyr while you’re happily chiding their act as yet-another-foolish-Malaysian?
Hence, I come to conclude that if you’re still dreaming away and not ready to vote for change, you truly deserve the Government that you vote for.
I don’t deserve a sleeping government.
It’s you losers, lousy Malaysians (you know who you’re!) that deserve one.
Not we, the anak-anak bangsa Malaysia.

It’s sad really. But with 2 days left to polling day, I think let’s focus on D, the one that woke up and realize the country is going nowhere under the present racist regime.
A toast to D!
agreed. well written SK.
