First, the captain condemned the memorandum to the Yang DiPertuan Agong as a trap.
Next, the office boy lashed out at the opposition and calling them pondan.
If you’re ever willing to work with us and even if you’re not willing to work with us too but at least willing to right the wrong, the 40,000 of us won’t have walked all the way to the Istana Negara. You think the peole who voted you in - the rakyat love to brave the chemically-laced water and tear gas?
In the end of the day, we’ve no choice but to turn our plea to the rakyat’s constitutional partner in governance: the Yang DiPertuan Agong.
Daulat Tuanku!
And now, you and your machai are saying something else. Are you saying that Yang DiPertuan Agong is not mature enough to handle the truth? Are you saying that the rakyat are dumb enough not to react rationally just by participating in the rally?
Enough is enough! Do the right thing in the next election, will you?
Before the Coalition for Clean and Fair Elections (BERSIH) delegation led by Anwar Ibrahim succesfully handed the memorandum to the King’s representative at the Istana Negara, the rally was broadcast live worldwide by BBC, CNN and Al-Jazeera where one of its broadcasting center is based in Kuala Lumpur.
Earlier, the Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi who said he pantang dicabar (hate to be challenged), condemned the rally as an attempt by the Opposition to drag royalty into their politics.
"I believe the King is mature, and the royalty will not be trapped into their (the opposition’s) politics," he said.
Having said that, we must bear in mind this is merely 4 years into Pak Lah’s administration and the dissent level among the people is arousing and seems to be irreversible.
Previously, the lawyers marched, now the rakyat march too.
It’s a wake up call to the Government that we’re very unhappy with what’s taking place in this country yet the Government is not there to work with us as promised, hence we turn our plea to the rakyat’s constitutional partner in governance: the Yang DiPertuan Agong.
It’s also a wake up call to many of us who’re ignorant and has access to know what’s going on that if the Government doesn’t act on behalf of the rakyat who put them into power, we must retaliate in the manner which hurts them the most, which is to vote them out through the precious ballot papers and deny them the two-thirds majority in the Parliament.
It’s true that individual vote doesn’t make much difference, but what if thousands of us, million of us?
Now it’s time for us to put our act together. We must not allow this massive effort goes in vain.
Do the right thing in the next election, will you?

It’s a peaceful march and participants are encourage to wear yellow as a show of support to the Rulers, with the objectives below:
Meanwhile, Malaysiakini reported that New York based Human Rights Watch group has called on Malaysian police to allow the rally to go on.
"If Malaysia wants to count itself a democracy, it can begin by upholding constitutional guarantees of free speech and assembly. The way the system works now, only the ruling coalition can get its messages out," said Brad Adams, Asia director of the watch group.
Unfortunately, the caveat falls onto the deaf ears of police heads as well as the Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi who reiterates that BERSIH will be breaking the law if it goes ahead with the rally in KL tomorrow while the police force has taken knee-jerk reaction as early as today, starting to screen for potential participants around KL city.
People should not fear the government, the government should fear the people. As 4000 police would be deployed to the ground, together with numerous intimidation tactics by Umno leaders trying to refrain public from participating in this peaceful gathering, I reckon it has come to a stage where the Government is worried with the power evolution of the people who voted the Government into where it’s now.
Beware, Prime Minister, we know that you’re pantang dicabar, however the reality is, 100,000 of us are ready to be there to tell you in action who is your master, got it?
When the monkey says monkey words, the monkey’s father-in-law was exposed to have his hands dirty in an alleged serious offence, as reported on Malaysiakini.
It’s the perfect combination of two big time hypocrite.
… when the f**king alternative transportation system is so damn f**king lame, f**king lousy?
I’ve never been feeling so good to be part of this Bangsa Malaysia initiative until the recent do at my hometown, Penang.
The turnout was good with 100 participants and 4 speakers. They’re Datuk Seri Lim Chong Keat, Aliran’s president P. Ramakrishnan, lawyer Malik Imtiaz and independent political analyst Khoo Kay Peng with The People’s Parliament Haris Ibrahim as the moderator.
Four major points were distilled from the presentation of the speakers as imperatives if the concept of Bangsa Malaysia or one people, one nation is to become a reality :
More importantly, Haris was given the mandate to send out an invitation to Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi to attend a dialogue with Penangites, where Penang is Pak Lah’s home state.
To all participants who unanimously appointed Haris to undertake the responsibility, rest assured that the letter to the PM will be sent out anytime soon and I’ll update you guys the progress through the e-group, so please accept the invitation as soon as possible and to those participants who are yet to provide your email address, please send an email to bangsamalaysiapenang at gmail dot com.
Thank you everyone for making this event a success and let’s further our discussion in the e-group. Remember, it’s only the beginning of a long journey and every trivial effort in spreading the Bangsa Malaysia’s concept counts.
Meanwhile, please find time to watch the "Sepuluh Tahun Sebelum Merdeka" by Fahmi Reza, it’s a great movie and trust me, you won’t regret watching this!
Between Gold Coast, Manchester, London or wherever you want to fly to, you made a few promises.
Maybe you’re too busy, but never mind, let me remind you that blogger Peter Tan wants you to cakap serupa bikin.
… and you know, KJ is the nice little boy while Tun is the bad man for hating this cheeky little boy.
Then he continues to talk about strategies employed by Umno Youth to attract younger people into Umno.
Among them are expedition of 12 Mat Rempit a.k.a Mat Cemerlang to the North Pole, demonstration against the US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice led by no other than the the Son-in-Law himself and etc.
