		<description>the tipping point will be economic malaise. once the nation becomes a net oil importer by 2011, the people will experience the backlash of all the leakages. more subsidies will have to be withdrawn, inflaton rate wil go up, standard of living will come down ( as cost of living will go up), the regime will become increasingly oppressive to suppress unhappiness, the regime will be even more corrupted before the economy falls into tailspin... thats the tipping point, my friend. it aint too far from now,&#160; no more than 10 years which is 2017.&#160;
you dont need to be a genius to see this. look at the history of your neighbouring countries.
meantime, the general populace attitude remains apathetic.</description>
