According to lawyer cum blogger Haris Ibrahim, it’s the Article 10 (1) (a) of the Federal Constitution guarantees to the rakyat the ‘leeway’ to freedom of speech and expression.

Chin Tong and Victor Gu on TV2

Political scientist Liew Chin Tong and former ntv7 Mandarin news anchor Victor Gu will be appearing on TV2’s What Say You program today (Sunday) at 7p.m.

According to Chin Tong, both programmes were prompted by the entrances of Victor and Screenshot’s Jeff Ooi into MCA and DAP respectively.
