Not long after Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi announced his wedding with Jean Abdullah, Bernama reported that Works Minister S Samy Vellu penned a poem for the couple.
From this day forward,
You shall not walk alone.
Her heart will be your shelter,
And her arms will be your home.A mountain needs a valley to be complete;
the valley does not make the mountain less, but more;
and the valley is more a valley because
it has a mountain towering over it."
For a while, I thought Samy Vellu really has the talent in writing poem, for this isn’t the first time he does so until a blogger who called himself a concerned Malaysian, a music lover and an admirer of art exposed the otherwise.
