On Sunday, Taiwan’s President Chen Shui-bian made his latest pro-independence remarks by speaking on his "four wants and one no" policy.

"Taiwan wants independence, Taiwan wants to change its official title, Taiwan wants a new constitution, Taiwan wants development. Taiwan does not have left or right wing politics, only the issue of reunification and independence."
