Minister Chan: Stop the “Press, Send and Win” contest

Last Friday, the Road Safety Department (JKJR) launched a contest by inviting public to submit photographs of motorists committing traffic offences, with daily rewards of RM150 for the best picture of the day, RM100 and RM50 for the second and third best pictures.
