Dear Sir,
Jeff Ooi deserves to be sued as his blog web site contains libelous, seditious and defaming content. I pray to God that He grant victory to Kalimullah Hassan and NSTP in the courts.
Malaysian law and international law gurantee the right of those innocent people whose character has been hurt by the lies propagated by Jeff Ooi to seek justice in the courts. This justice can be monetary compensation or a court injunction to stop further damages to a person’s reputation.

If a person tells his friends in the kopitiam that he thinks that you are a dumbass, you can’t sue them for defaming you. The same law applies to blogging. Please differentiate between making biased opinions and falsing facts.
And btw, does Malaysian law guarantee the right of the (really) innocent people? You don’t want me to start listing those people here.

Steve, who are those people you want to list? Anwar Ibrahim? He is a convicted criminal who has a criminal record for corruption. This itself makes him unfit to be Prime Minister of Malaysia.
On top of that, Anwar Ibrahim is a gay man according to Tun Dr Mahathir as Anwar sodomised two people. Anwar also is very power hungry and ambitious and founded a political party, Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) that is built on a personality cult centered around him, his wife and his daughter.

I was going to write Altantuya on top of that list. Anyway, since you suggested Anwar, we will just discuss about him now.
First of all, can you tell me more about the criminal record for Anwar’s corruption? I couldn’t recall any.
Secondly, do you know that Anwar Ibrahim has sued Dr. Mahathir for defamation? Do you also know that the so-called sodomised victims already re-issued their statement of witness?
What’s wrong with power-hungry and ambitious? As long as the power is obtained through democracy and fair methods, and the ambition is used to benefit the people, I can’t see anything’s wrong with it.
Why don’t you start your own political party with your wife and daughter? Then we can see whether the people would really join a politicial party just because of personality cult.
