Bakar needs to take an intelligence test to see if he is fit for the position. Even if he passes this test, he needs to be certfied by a psychiatrist that he is not a sexual pevert to be saying such things. People like him are the bane of society and it is shameful how he got to sit in such an important chair.

Basically 2 issues here, one being the technician’s misconduct of behaving like a peeping Tom. The second issue is the attitude and reply from the Penang Municipal Council president A.B. Hassan.
Concernign this AB Hassan, I have never known him. But now he opened his mouth. Straight away, I can place some judgment on him as a person. Another question is, who is he protecting ?
In my opinion, AB Hassan is a laughing stock in our Boleh Land.
He is not fit to be the Municipal Council president.
For a person capable of uttering such words. One begins to wonder is his mentality sound enough to hold such high position.
Whether Sexy or not aside. Does he know that the technician’s act is wrong ? Is he able to distinguish what is right or wrong ?
When such incidence happened, Did he start an investigation ? Does he know how to exercise his Executive power ?
By accussing victim for being too sexily dressed. And not remanding the Peeping Tom. – Does he has the integrity to carry out his duty ?
Well, a simple test case reviewed that this AB Hassan is such … …
Wishing Penang Municipal all the best, for you are having such qualitied pesonnel to be your head.

First, his standard of sexiness is very abnormal :-
Looking at the picture now, most have agreed that the victim is conservatively dressed.
Problem is with the technician, and AB Hassan – His own comment suggest that he is a lady maniac.
Beware ladies, these two guys can easilily be turned on. And you don’t know what they may do next !

The journalist’s photo was in The Star yesterday or Sunday, in the same clothes she wore. She did not look inappropriate at all! It was just a brown top wth sleeves and a normal looking skirt.

Lacking Achivements - Blame Other Races
Nude Squat – Go After the Cameraman
Fuel HIke – Adjust Automobile Excise Duty
Illegal Building Construction – Cry on TV

Another 2 strategies that I have yet to master are:
- Elegant Silence
- "God Knows" / "I Don’t Know"

It will take me quite sometime to master those 2 above though.
