Bloggers have been talking about this issue as an issue of freedom of expression. To me its not. Its about rule-based society or some would couch its as the society based on rule of law. The problem with these kinds of directive is that it does not apply to everyone equally. It does not apply to the likes of KJ, UMNO ultras and their supporters that can say and incite anything they want and the rules does not apply to them.
These kinds of rule are so unspecific that it depends on who says it more than what it said.
On the eve of Merdeka, it sad that our nation practice their own colonialism over much of its own population.
