I have been openly asked by policemen for bribes, not once but a couple of times. I stood my ground though and refused to give any. How many will do the same and endure the hassles and hurdles that come when bribe is not given? I think if you place a survey on this blog to ask who (Malaysian) has been involved in corruption or been asked for a bribe, you’ll see how evidently corrupt the country is.
