Tsu Koon: I’m frustrated yet helpless!

Hmm, it’s about Penang Chief Minister Koh Tsu Koon again.

After 15 years in the same post, he came to admit that he is frustrated yet helpless with the traffic woes.
"I am very concerned, and equally frustrated, with the poor system."

Among the eight groups, Group C which consists of Argentina, Ivory Coast, Serbia & Montenegro and Netherlands and Group E which consists of Italy, Ghana, United States and Czech Republic must be interesting group to watch.
