Dr. Mahathir: Shut down the Proton!
Monday, October 17th, 2005 | 5:22 pm @ SK
Maxis SMS alert at 2:12pm.
Stung by critisms against Proton, its adviser Tun Dr. Mahathir said the national car industry might as well shut down.
Meanwhile, I heard of some very interesting update on the former premier which I can’t reveal now.
Let’s sit back and watch the old man show. Remember, he might be old, however he is still very much alive and kicking, very.
But Tun, please take note that you are no longer the premier!

Do you think Mahathir will say "I was misquated by the newspaper" tomorrow? just like when Samy Vellu was rebutting a statement by Public Accounts Committee chairman Datuk Shahrir Samad that the consultant had informed the JKR that the flyover is safe when earlier on Shahrir said it will collapse in 2 years if no remedy is made.Shahrir has since clarified later that he was misquoted in the newspapers.

For this, I support TDM back into power just to shut down Proton.
The world would be a better place without this car maker.
