Malaysia’s destination moon

Malaysia has thousands of immediate plans to execute.

However, I humbly ask: Is this project cheap enough to become a priority?

first of all, they should repair our lauya drainage system and provide better services.

in fact, wipe out poverty in msia first!

there’s this “taman millenium” in subang which no one uses and just looks horrible, that costs RM1million.

think about how many lives they could help with that money. now wanna send ppl to the moon? should send ppl to a proper home with food and clothing first.

“….it must seem only a short hop from there to the moon.

But there are still serious obstacles to overcome.

On Saturday, the first group from a shortlist of more than 800 would-be astronauts set out to run 3.5km (two miles) in a leisurely 20 minutes.

All were hoping to claim Malaysia’s seat on a Russian-led space mission, scheduled for 2007.

But only 12 out of 31 taking part passed the test.

Some observers wondered whether their performance might be linked to the local diet.

Earlier this year, the country announced a programme to put Malaysia’s favourite foods into space.

A team is to be sent to Houston in Texas to find out how to process teh tarik (sweet tea), roti canai (flaky griddled pancakes) and nasi lemak (coconut rice) for consumption in zero gravity.

All are absolutely delicious, but rather fattening…..” from http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/asia-pacific/4192166.stm

hahahaha…don’t talk about send them to the moon…ask them to jog leisurely also got problem. When send to the moon, dunno can come back or not from the weight gain from teh tarik and roti canai.

OMG! I will laugh coz it is so amuzing and at the same time cry coz it is just plain waste of money which can be put into good use.

    Justin,

Can I say this as modern time new act of committing suicide?
